Welcome and thank you for choosing Borrello We are an independent fresh food restaurant; All dishes are cooked to order using fresh ingredients, please allow a little extra time for us to create authentic Italian dishes for you to enjoy!

We pride ourselves that we only use the best and freshest ingredients, sourcing many products directly from Italy so we can bring those wonderful authentic flavours here to you as tradition, authenticity and a commitment to qualify means everything to us!
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the very essence of every Italian Kitchen is used throughout our preparation and cooking!

Our fish is bought at market, the traditional way, ensuring the freshest catch is here on our specials board.

Our butcher knows our exacting standards and we pride ourselves on stocking English, Scottish and Irish meats for our Carne Dishes and cured meats direct from Italy.

Desserts are made in the morning and are served with Napoli ice cream from the first true Italian Ice cream makers that arrived in Manchester in 1955 and continue today.

Our wines, imported directly from Italy, we bring a range of traditional Italian favourites, along with some great new world wines, not forgetting champagnes, prosecco’ and rose wines, which are becoming firm favourites in the UK.
